2 Lincoln Writing Competition
Winners of the competition for Bennington County 8th graders will read their essays and be awarded their checks. Keynote speech by Doug L. Wilson, distinguished Lincoln scholar and author of Lincoln's Sword, The Presidency and the Power of Words.

3 Hildene Kids Bowl
Kids make ceramic bowls to support Empty Bowls. The proceeds from this fundraising event go to local charities. 1:00 to 3:00, Hildene Welcome Center Beckwith Room. Bowl making event is Free and open to the public.
Bowls will be sold at a dinner, April 5 at Long Trail School. Admission, which includes one bowl, plenty of soup and bread, is $10 per person, For more information contact Long Trail School at ccallo@longtrailschool.org.

5 Hildene Business Bowl
